The lady fingers n tiramisu should be dipped into espresso and then a liqueur like Kahlua or, my actual preference, Amaretto. The more the tipsier! (unless the lady fingers disintegrate).
I think there has to be something awful to find the perfection, love your inclusion of Spanish in the poem

The “kahlua tipsy tiramisu” sounds interesting and I’m sure it is not permitted on my current diet.
